Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not fully satisfied with your product, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a full refund. Your product qualifies in any condition — opened or unopened, used or unused. You do not need to ship anything back. Simply contact our customer service team to request your refund.
How to Request a Refund
Contact customer service by email at care@truetides.com with the email address and order number used at purchase. Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method and may take up to 3–5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank. There are no return-shipping charges and no restocking or processing fees.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company and your bank, as processing times vary. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us by email at care@truetides.com.
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled up until the date they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, the money-back guarantee above applies.
Cancelling Automatic Refills
If you turned on automatic refills at checkout, you can cancel them at any time by emailing care@truetides.com. Cancel before your next refill is processed and you will not be charged for it. There are no cancellation fees. A refill that has already been charged is covered by the money-back guarantee above, the same as your first order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us by email at care@truetides.com and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
